Brief Overview
Baralong Safety Training Academy/Consultancy) was established in 2019 as a proud product of SHEQ-GROUP and Tondalushaka Construction, which was founded in 2015. In 2019, following the split of Tondalushaka Construction and Projects' directors, the company was rebranded as Baralong Safety Consulting. We are now a registered training institute, officially recognized by the Department of higher Education and the QCTO, allowing us to provide accredited training programs in Occupational Health and Safety and other accredited qualifications. That allows us to operate as TVET private college. Our commitment is to deliver comprehensive safety training alongside our consulting and auditing services. Since our inception, we have strived to offer top-tier Occupational Health and Safety services across various industries. We are a certified BEE-Level-1 business and are registered with SAIOSH. Additionally, we are an Approved Inspector Authority accredited by the Department of Labour through SACPCMP and SAIOSH. At Baralong Safety Consulting, we believe that accidents are preventable, and our mission is to assist industries in avoiding incidents through expert consulting, auditing, and training. Our team comprises highly experienced and trained professionals who possess both practical and theoretical expertise to help clients minimize risks and prevent losses caused by accidents or incidents. Our Managing Director, Pfarelo Mudau, brings over 8 years of valuable experience working as a SHEQ officer, Safety Manager, and Safety Officer across various industries. Under his leadership, the company operates within South Africa with a focus on excellence and safety. We are a 100% black-owned business and proudly hold a BBEE-Level 1 contributor status. Our company also benefits from the significant expertise of a female director who owns 30% of the business. With over five years of experience as a site engineer and site manager assistant, she has worked closely with safety officers to develop safety documentation and provide critical safety advice, ensuring work is carried out in a safe and compliant manner. Her technical knowledge and leadership are vital assets to Baralong Safety Consulting. We are dedicated to promoting safety, preventing accidents, and providing quality training and consulting services to our clients across South Africa.

Our Team
Pfarelo Mudau the Managing Director of Baralong Safety Consultants brings to the business more than 15 years of experience. Pfarelo Mudau has worked in various industries as SHEQ officer/Safety Manager/Safety Officer. Today he is a founder of Baralong Safety Training Academy?Consultancy the company is operating within South Africa. Our company is 100% black owned, with BBEE-Level 1 -contributor. We also have a woman who owns 30% share of the company majority with her she brings major experience on the technical side as she had acquired more than 5 years of experience working as site engineer as well as site manger assistance, she has time to time worked with site safety officers to developed various safety documents and give major advice on the safety point of view and plan to do the work in a safe way. Technical Baralong safety training academy/consultancy is covered by this vital experience of its women as she forms part of the directors.
